As a fellow "jiggler'" I have to say that I did notice that I got a lot of stares when I started my new gym membership. I couldn't tell if the looks were pitty or pride, but I went anyway. I actually thought about having a tshirt made that said "I'm a big loser" on the front, and with the amount of weight I've lost on the…

Uhhhh, minimal effort? Have you ever tried distance running? There is nothing minimal about the effort it takes to run be it fast or slow. As someone who is training for their first 5k I take great offense to this. I run slowly, but it is definitely more effort that walking at a quick pace. Let's remember that the OP asked…

I've made this list before but some of mine are: 1. Fitting comfortably in a plane seat and not needing to use the extender (no extender needed now but still...) 2. I was nearly out of even plus sizes offered in my dept stores (not anymore) 3. I want to have a baby, and my weight has messed that up 4. To inspire the larger…

I had lost 60 pounds at my last dr visit. My DR was thrilled. She went out and told the nurses that they had to see my progress pictures, she gave a big hug, and really gave me hope that losing this much weight will help me get pregnant. I have never been happier to go to the dr.

I am doing my first color run in August. Good luck with yours! I'm sure you'll do great. Like the other poster I have found it easier to run outside. You'll find your stride soon, and you'll do great. Just enjoy it!

YES! I shoved on a pair of 18's last weekend. Down from a 26!! YIKES! Anyway, they didn't fit great but they fit. I took them off because I was afraid the button would fly off and hurt someone, but I have celebrated that victory all week. I haven't been an 18 since uhhh.... uhhh 2004!

I don't have a picture but I have lost a shoe size and at least 2 ring sizes.
