I thought we were looking for ways to eat a healthy diet. There can't be anything in this product that is close to being real food.

The other day a friend was visiting and had come in while I was logging. She wanted to know what MFP was and I was explaining when an ad for the Quest Chocolate Raspberry bar came up. She wondered why chocolate was being advertised on a health website. Funny I rarely see any of them.

Over my many years I have tried almost anything that didn't eat me first. Included, rattlesnake,not bad, snails, and all type of sushi. I'm always putting things together that you wouldn't think should be, Most are pretty good. Some people think that cold soups are wierd, but not me.

If your sedentary and go shopping with someone that is constantly running, your heart rate is up. I did this with my daughter-in-law and we covered a large mall in under an hour. There were some stops but not many. I counted it as exercise. If I'm just going to the grocery for normal stuff that's not eercise.

I got so insane over this that I eliminated to suger macro and put in fiber. That is the one place I had a problem getting enough. The sugars I was eating had fiber and seeing me over on suger blew my day.

Totally agree with you. I am from before baby boomers and that is the way wewere raised. My kids had it a little easier, I knew that not all of them liked the same things so meal time was a mixture of healthy foods that all could get their belly full on. I have done a fantastic job of avoiding the cameras. There are none of me at my heaviest. I still stay out of the viewfinder. I know that My clothes are getting much bigger so I'm happy. Right now I'm weeding out clothes as I try to wear them. You have done an amazing job.
