Your pics give me an idea of how I will look in the future. I have a little over your amount and a few years older. But still I will be there:flowerforyou:

When I use anything I use butter and only unsalted at that. The salt isn't for flavor it's for preservation.: :flowerforyou:

Don't forget to reward yourself. Not with food, but with special things for you. Maybe a spa day or just a pedicure, a short shopping trip to update some of your clothes. Maybe that belt that you've never worn.

I follow a diabetic food plan and the fruit that is suggested puts me over before lunch. I figure that if the doctors that set up this plan say the natural is okay I'm okay.

Always cook mine in 2% milk and add 1 T died fruit and 1 T some kind of nut. I like variety and the change in fruit and nut makes it interesting.. Dates and black walnuts are great.

At one time I had a personal trainer that told me to have something before working out. To make it light by have some protein. I opted for Quaker Chewy bars and did notice a difference in my stamina. If it was a morning workout afterward I would have my breakfast. Afternoon workouts had dinner following about 2 hours later.

Yes most of our food is now more chemical than ever. They have played with it to look better, grow faster and with less disease. All done with added chemicals. I found a long time ago that my body doesn't tolerate that.

Clothes will not be a reward, they will be a necessity for me. Better health and fitness are what I'm looking forward to. In my case there may also have to be s some plastic surgery.

I'm having a real hard time when I go to the store and see the peeps. They bring back fond memories of close friends and are one of my favorite candies.

I left the cream stuff a long time ago. I have found that I only use half the suggested amount and it lets the salad fixings flavor come through. Also so it you toss it and not just put it on top everything is covered. An old WW trick is to dip your fork in the dressing then in the salad. It goes farther and gets the…

Been there for too many years. I am old enough to be your mother and I finally decided that I had to get it together. As with you my emotions are very involved with my eating. I have finally decided that I am worth more than what I have been and that my husband deserves more. I work everyday with his help and have been…

I started this past month,by making a list of all our fav foods. Of course it is a mixed bag. I cut them into strips and put them in a small container. If I don't have leftovers to work up or have guest coming, we just pull one at dinner the night before. If it is normally a high calorie food I do what I can to cut those.…

Are doughnuts something you plan on never eating again. If they are calling your name that muchprobably not. Have one, figure you meals with it included, but only eat half. The first bite is the best. After that the desire is gone.

Where I live weight is a problem. It has always been an agriculture based area with hard winters. That leads to people eating a lot of things to bulk up for winter and cheap cards. People are not a active as their grandparents were, but continue to eat the same way. After living in the SW for awhile I can see the…

I have been blessed in our 47 years of marriage. My husband came with very few dislikes and as has been said before I found that it was due to the way his mother fixed those dishes. I have always had a fondness for trying new foods and he has been very happy to let me do that. In return he gets his most favorites at least…
