:love: :love: Started one the mid part of Aug. I'm in again on my stationery bike and lawn mowing. I push mow about 1 1/2 acres once a week and will be biking everyday. Starting when I did in Aug. I got 75+ miles biking and three mowing. For someone that's sedentary that's a start.

I learned a long time ago that any artificail sweetner was not good for me. Whether or not they are the cause of MS or lupus I don't know. I just know that they cause headaches and stomach distress for me. That's enouh reason for me to stay away from all of them.

If you try to do all boiled chicken and rice you won't stay the course. The more variety you can work into you day you won't feel deprived. Have the snickers or ice cream or cake. What ever will work in you daily calorie plan. AND ENJOY

I would think anyone 5'10 or above would look terrible that small. I also know that is not extreme height anymore.

Double digits start at 10. That's 2 numbers. Who really wants to look a someone extremely tall with a lrge frame that is not overweight in a 10 ot 12. That is nothing but bones.

Yes wh olive oil is heated it loses it' nutritional benefits. That's why you should only buy cold pressed olive oil. It can be added after cookking for flavor or used in salads.:smile:

Thank you for this question. I have also been looking for more to do at home than the stationery bikeI have small weights, balance ball and bands from working with a trainer a few yesrs ago. Life has changed some and need to get back to the workouts. I've learned a lot this morning.

Yes 1 cp is eight ounces liquid. Dry weight in a 1 cup measure can differ greatly.

Totally agree. Started weghing everything as an experiment. Was totally surprised when two strawberries were over 100g.
