I'm over 50 and cant lose a pound unless I hit the gym regularly. If you are not weight training than a least do resistance training. If I focus only on cardio the weight still doesn't come off as it should.

Innocent question... but how do you know she was dumped and is not lost? My friend lost her cat and we found it a block away under a persons door step, but that was a week later and the poor thing did not know how to get home. Did you try to find the owner?

Are you weighing yourself at the same time each day? The best time is in the morning, before you eat anything, and if possible after voiding. If I weigh myself this way in the morning and then check again at night there can be 6 lbs. difference.

Almond milk is going to get a lot more expensive. The growers are hoarding almonds and the California drought has taken its toll. Cost will be 20% more in just a few more weeks....I'm in the industry.

My sentiments exactly. I have never seen or experienced it. I think some of the "intimidation" is in peoples perceptions and is not reality.

I have had 3 Sheps. They are sweet, smart, and protective. When my current one dies of old age I will get another. Thats not to say I wont miss her, I miss the other two as well. Its just that I like the breed and dont want to be without one.

I work in a manufacturing plant where they make chocolate, candy and nuts. Every day there are temptations in the office, fresh chocolate covered almonds, chocolate covered hazelnuts, chocolate covered ju jubes etc. There are always fresh roasted cashews, almonds, hazelnuts....and then there is candy, wine gums, jelly…

Most people do not notice a 5 lb. weight loss. JMO
