Hi Flo! You've got it right. Soda is any type of carbonated drink like Pepsi, Coke, Sprite, etc. It's mid-afternoon in the central U.S. and I've got about 32 oz. of water to go. Shouldn't be a problem, though. I've still got to work out today :smile: You have a good day, too!

It's tough when there's little or no movement downward on the scale. I've been there for a while! I agree, it's hard to take in all of the water we need, but boy, does it help with getting rid of the excess water weight! The other day, I got on the scale and had gained 1.5 lbs in one day.
