I got a fitbit one and the fitbit aria scale last week and I'm officially obsessed with the One! I've weighed in once but i'm afraid to check my weight again until my official weigh-in on thursday because I know it automatically posts my weight to both fitbit and to mfp. lol. Loving technology.

Yesterday I went grocery shopping and not only did I buy only what was on my list (for my meal plans for this next week) but I also did so in a shirt that I haven't felt comfortable wearing in public in over a year...and it didn't feel all tight and bunchy.

It isn't much but I'm 5 pounds down primarily with zumba for wii and calorie counting. I have Zumba Core and Zumba 2. I'm doing Zumba Core now (worked myself up to a full-length class yesterday (woot!), and I haven't done much with Zumba 2 yet (I'll get there).

I take GCBE now. I used to take it to help me over plateaus and it does. Now I take it because i work at night and I like the boost of energy I get from GCBE and Raspberry Ketones. I would never buy the Wal-Mart ones. You get what you pay for. I bought mine at GNC and I can definitely feel a difference in my energy level…

I made a seriously awesome Creamy Chicken-Spinach Soup yesterday. It is a Weight Watchers recipe and is usually about 300 cals/serving but I am not a genius cook and I misread the recipe (leaving the tortellini in their cooking water) which ended up essentially doubling the recipe but cutting the calorie count.
