Hi Lauriee, you may need to adjust the + and - signs. I had to do that for some of them to make them look more accurate. Almond milk is DELICIOUS! And my mom says soy milk sometimes gives people stomachaches, so that is something to consider if you have a sensitive stomach. In my opinion: tastiest = almond milk next tastiest = soy milk least tastiest = rice milk (eww... I think this just tastes like water that rice had been cooked in)

When I need a cereal fix, I go for Kix and add cinnamon to it. It's one of the lower sugar cereals and tastes pretty good!

It's tough! Honestly, I go over my sugar a lot. I'm on a 1400 calorie plan. It tells me to aim for 28 g of sugar, which is only like a granola bar and a half. :grumble: Lettuce helps. I read a post on here that said you need to eat the extra calories to get your engine (muscles) moving to burn off the fat and that if you habitually skip eating your exercise calories back, your muscles will not have what they need to burn the fat.
