I think red apples dipped in a smidge of peanut butter kinda tastes like chocolate.

If you know what brand of lollipop, it should be in the food diary section. I had a Blow Pop today.. found out it was 60 calories! :noway:

That was kind of rude. She did clarify what she meant, and it makes about as much sense as saying "I'm a pescetarian who avoids eating dairy and other animal products."

I've lost an elephant's heart, a guinea pig and a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts! My current goal is to lose a bald eagle and some baby back ribs.

This week my weight was 146.6... up .4 this week, but down 1.4 overall. Time to get back on track! :embarassed:

The design is super cute! I have a similar style of shoes from Reebox <http://www.reebok.com/US/womens/easytone-shoes>. They're great! The first couple times I wore them, I felt off balance and a bit worn out from the extra workout. They were easy to get used to, though, and now I love them!

Toss it in soup, or cook it in any vegetable dish. Dip it in cottage cheese!

PS -- When there are lots of dips around, choose salsa. Could be good for sandwiches and salads too to avoid high-calorie dressings. And when you go to parties at other friends' dorms, don't bring cookies or chips like everyone else. Make a veggie plate or fruit salad. (Everyone will appreciate the break!)

How big is your college? Is it a small college with only a cafeteria and fast food options, or is it a larger university with more food court choices? At a larger school, I often got a low-cal fruit smoothie (and sometimes an unsalted pretzel also) for lunch. The good thing about cafeterias is that they always have salad…

I've lost 175.2 sticks of butter (43.8 pounds) since July 2009!

Welcome to the party! Mine displays decimals for every .2 pounds. Not sure how much to spend... compare it with other scales around it. Most digital scales should give you decimals. I don't think you need to get anything too fancy. Digital will probably help as opposed to seeing the lines whirl around, which might be…

I can't believe that they don't make the contestants cook over at Fitness Ridge!

I weigh daily. Helps keep me motivated.

That's great! I was wondering if it was going to be like "Sex, vigorous effort," etc.
-
Good advice. Get hot together in the gym and then get steamy together in the shower!

I'd stick to one scale. More consistent numbers.
