Intriguing.

Your friend Shelley is smart! ;) - Don't used prepackaged rice (a la Rice a Roni) because it's super high in sodium. This is also true for a lot of other things, like soups. Throw vegetables (fresh bell peppers and tomatoes, frozen okra) in your regular dishes (soups, sandwiches, salads, salsa) to add flavor and vitamins.…

Good point. I just assumed that it was a pie pumpkin, but it probably isn't. It looks like one for carving, if that helps. The sign at Kroger said "basketball size pumpkins."

Does anyone know how 2 cups pumpkin puree would translate to fresh pumpkin? bc I have one on my porch, and I don't think it'll make it til Halloween...

Long-distance information, give me MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE!

They say honey can help wounds heal faster.. try dabbing a bit on your lip and letting it sit. Couldn't hurt!
-
Please search for this because I know people have covered it thoroughly. I can't remember the details.. good luck!

Are you losing inches? Is the weight maintenance caused because you've gained a significant amount of muscle / increased appetite while eating unhealthy foods? Did your doctor think you needed to see an endocrinologist?

Another good point, especially since the pain is in your arch. Even if you are wearing flats, your arch may not be properly supported. If your shoes' insoles are lower than your arches (mine often are because my arches are high), try getting some Dr. Scholl's insets for more support.

Yeah, I was gonna say potassium too. When I'm severely potassium deprived, my feet will start to claw up. I can uncurl them manually, but it hurts, and they try to curl up again. Eat a banana, and take a multivitamin. And get plenty of water.

I think if your body didn't throw up on its own you probably don't need to. You'll be all right.

Haha, well he doesn't say to drink it, does he?

That's a line from Robert Johnson, the ancient bluesman of "Crossroads" fame!

OK.

Question: Does this have anything to do with being dehydrated or overhydrated?
-
That'd be good. Or steamed squash. Potatoes would also work, unless you're avoiding carbs in general. You could also try tikka masala on lettuce wraps so you don't have to scoop it up with naan (or miss the sauce!).

Mmmm mmm bhindi masala (spicy okra) is the best!

Thanks for all the feedback so far! :) Anyone else have experience with this?

My upper thighs touch too. I have big calves but small ankles, so they doesn't bother me. I actually like how my muscular legs look on me because they add more curves, which seems to make my figure more interesting. (I wear a size 6, if that helps.) Maybe it's just a question of perspective. Try thinking about your legs in…

If you're looking for a different way to eat pulled pork, here are a few ideas from local restaurants: pork nachos (with jalapenos and cheese, but you could load this up with veggies too or use veggies instead of chips), pork spaghetti (pretty good) and pork baked potato (oh man this is so good! I really regret that I…

Mmm that sounds so good! I'm from the pork BBQ capital of the world, so I feel obligated to reply. What kind of BBQ sauce do you use - sweet, mustard, etc.? PS - I'm guessing you mean pulled pork (not ribs) with sweet sauce and no rub. Is that right? PPS - Consider a BBQ rub for extra flavor! You can also use a…

I missed a lot of last week, but I'd gotten two decent P90 weeks in and am now starting up week 3. I already feel a lot stronger - I can really tell when doing pushups! More importantly, I feel like I have a lot more stamina and cardiovascular health. I feel like I am breathing more deeply. I've been fairly active for a…

I love boots! And Torrid has some really cute fashions. Congrats on your boot scootin boogie!

OP, I'm 5'5" too, but my sizes / weight timings are somewhat of a guess. At 190, I wore 14s that were a little snug. Not sure when I got back to a 12.. mid 170s I think. Size 10 was around 160. Size 8 around 150. When I'm back at 135 or so, my 6s fit just right, although I can wear them when I'm a few pounds heavier.

I think we know why you're wearing that hat...

Try this: http://www.bennettsclothing.com/seven_jeans_size_chart.htm Good advice. :)

This is about right for me too. I'd say 10-15. I've lost roughly 50 pounds / 4 pant sizes.

What she said. Congrats!

Almond honey peanut butter is yummy! Hard to stir though.
