Keep some raw veggies around to snack on. Snap peas, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots - 4 cups of that is only around 200 calories, and with that you'll be getting a bunch of the nutrients your body is craving.

I wasn't drinking any water, and was drinking about a 12 pack of cherry coke zero per day. I had ABSOLUTELY no energy, and couldn't even make it through a day w/out sleeping several times. Don't get discouraged, there are a lot of people just like you. Does your gym have a pool, the water aerobics classes at my gym all have "bigger" people, and our bodies are all underwater so no-one can watch us jiggle like jello. At 244 pounds, I feel like a jello commercial working out... "Watch it giggle, see it wiggle"

I met with a trainer at my gym yesterday, which I was then informed that if I wanted to lose 100+ pounds, that I would have to do strength training. Oh honey, I COMPLETELY understand HEAT.... I'm a Texan!! For the months of July & August we try to not even GO outside.... that's why I joined a gym with an INDOOR pool! Plus I'm too fair to be in the sun too long.

I'm hoping to start feeling young WAY before I reach my goal - I would like my body to feel as young as I act sometimes....I think breaking the 200 mark for the 1st time in at least a decade would do that.
