  • I'm so sorry that happened to you. Don't let it ruin your enjoyment of your success. some people don't think you never ask a women if she is pregnant. I have that kind of belly that makes me look like I'm pregnant so I get it every once in while as well. Just try to remember that some people are just plain rude.
  • It's defiantly not the best breakfast you could choose if you are concerned with your nutrition. I eat Egg Whites Turkey ham and bacon for breakfast most days.
  • happy Birthday! It's your birthday don't wory about calories or fat or carbs or anything. It's one day if you can't enjoy your birthday then watching calories/fat/carbs whatever has become an obsesive habbit and that's not a good place to be. After your birthday dinner get back at it and don't let it be a down slide for…
  • HAha, I think the same thing because those are just a part of daily life. I do both, I do much more cardio than Lifting though I find that cardio helps me loose weight better but I do see the need for lifting and I lift three times a week.
  • They do look good. Thanks for sharing!
  • I weight myself daily but I only record weekly and on the same day and time. I'm insulin resistant so weighing myself daily helps me see how certain foods affects my body.
  • I find that going for a run is the best stress reliever for me too. OP I like to listen to some comforting music, or even (If you are christian) reading the bible.
  • 2-2.5 is great! You don't want to compare yourself to what other's are losing you may not be able to achieve. Everybody's body is different. For example with me if I am really disciplined eating only healthy things keep track of it all and getting plenty of exercise I can loose 3-4 lbs in a week. But if I am not…

  • You understand Net Calories correctly. Do though understand that you are not overweight so you may not see the results of 1 lb per week at your current weight you may see a much slower weight loss which is what happens to everyone as they get closer to their goal weight.
  • What does the Milk Thistle do? I take the rest of the stuff that you take but the Glucoplex as well but I take Cinnamon with Chromium in it.
  • I totally agree that we have to accept that we can't eat like others. I have found that accepting it has been much easier, when I tell people I can't have things because of being insulin resistant I don't get the pushy one bite won't hurt you.
  • Congratulations on being so close to your goal weight! Since you are so close to your goal weight it is not uncommon to see the scale move slowly. I would suggest switching something up with your routine, weather it's changing up your food, or your workout. Good Luck
  • Thanks! That is where I get a little worried but need to try to stop being woried because I have lost 54 lbs, think I started to ovulate but I had not reason to think I wasn't ovulating before since my periods were always regular but prety sure now that I always had Anovulatory cycles. Thanks for your imput!
  • That doesn't sound too good. I would really suggest seeing an endrocronlogist. The leg cramps during your period is something I have never heard of. But I do get leg cramps from time to time makes me want to see when it is that I get them.
  • Check out this website, www.Skinnytaste.com. I use it all the time there is even a section for freezer receipe's the Chicken enchilada soup I always have in my freezer in individual servings for a quick lunch at work.
  • Yeah that's one of the sucky thing about having PCOS weight loss can be difficult. After going on Metformin I found it much easier to get the weight off since I was no longer constantly hungry. I also eat a diet low in processed carbs, higher in protein and higher in fat. I also do a good amount of working out too. Good…
  • I've lost about 55 lbs and we just got more agressive with the trying on clomid now. Just not sure if I should purposly try to slow down my weight loss. I do beleive however that the CLomid will slow it down as some people have gained on clomid.
  • I agree with kikicooks definitely not sedentary. I work in an office but because I do so much activity that I find setting mine to lightly active was better for me. I would actually question if you should be moderatly active, I dont' think that they have the descriptions the best. If you have a pedomiter wear that for a…
  • I geet a brurito bowl with no rice, double chicken, fajita vegetables, hot and mild salsa, cheese, and lettuce. Every once in a while I will get guacamole.
  • Hi I'm sorry that you are getting burnt out. Some suggestions I would give is to take at least one day off a week from working out, on those days just take a walk and only do that as your activity or take your day off to do your house cleaning. I would also suggest to let yourself have your treats once in a while I learned…
  • You can add me if you want to. But I eat from 1500 - 2000 (Sometimes 2100) calories at day. I have lost almost 55 lbs since January of this year. Where is the sugar coming from when you go over. It's different if it is coming from fruit vs added sugar.
  • I had GI issues but not the diarrhea I was actually more like constipated kind of. I started taking a probiotic like Culteral and that helped eleviate the GI isseus. Good luck I hope your body gets use to it.
  • Good luck! What Supplements are you all taking?
  • I don't have any advice for you but I would like to send some good vibes and prayers your way that you have a successful surgery.
  • I am so sorry. That's all I can say I don't think there is anything else to say. Pray that you have a good recovery and that one day you can have a healthy successful pregnancy.
  • Hi, I have PCOS as well and I am on Metformin. I started taking a Probiotic after going on Metformin and have found great improvements on my digestion. How much fat are you getting each day. I am woundering if you are not getting enough fat in your diet, also are you getting enough protein? That could help out and there…
  • I cook on the weekends somethings I will eat all week and keep them in the fridge, and others I will freeze in individual serving sizes and then take them out of the freezer. Get most of my recipe's from Skinnytaste.com.
  • Can you open your diary up? There may be something there that is explaining things. Do you weigh and measure your food (Not sure if you answered this question) It could be you are actually over/under eating what you think you are eating.
  • Welcome and good luck! My best advise to you is to do your own research if someone tells you to do this or do that don't take them at their word for it their information may not be accurate. Other advise as far as getting healthy is figuring out what you like about your favorite foods to try to find healthy versions of…
  • What kind of DR did you see? Did you go to an endocrinologist, many DR think that PCOS is nothing to worry about but it affects many parts of our lives. He could be right though it could be that it's not PCOS and that it's another disorder. I would continue to find some answers see if there is something else that is…
