the training plan is important but nutrition over powers that! it is incredibly important. The traingin you do can depend on your overall goals. So if you post what your ultimate goal is then alot more people can put input into what you should do to and best ways of getting to that point. good luck!

dont want to sound like an ***hole, but you will need to cut most of the chocolate and picking while baking! not saying totally, if it fits into your macros then great! the 40:30:30 or Zone diet may be beneficial to you. on average people lose 0.4lbs a day (almost 3lbs a week) Message me and i can help you out if you wish…

yeah protein is good! but excessive amounts will cause build up of uric acid which is linked to liver and kidney problems. Jus make sure you 'aint over doing it!

Again i half agree with you. Dairy obviously has benefits of Calcium and other micro nutrients. And Legumes are a good source of protein for vegetarians. However eating at correct times of day does help. I know there is intermittent fasting etc, but again whos to say that your home made nutrition plan is better then IF?…

A very good point, however, the average person doesn't know about Macros, Micros, blood sugar spikes, glycemic index etc. So it is hard to produce the right nutrition if you know little about it. Its opening up the hood of a car, getting someone who doesn't know mechanics, pointing to everything and naming it.…

Hi Guys & Girls! I have been here before but deleted my account last summer, so here i am again.
