not sure how many "cups" it is but i have a litre bottle of water at work. fill it up at 9 am i then have 4 hours, yes 4 hours!! to drink 1 litre before my lunch at 1. then at 1 fill 'er up again and do the same until 5 i find this so easy to achieve! 1 cup per hour of the work day really is nothing

great advise Wendy! i once read a quote "if you want something bad enough, you will find a way. If you kind of want it, you will find an excuse" eat every 2-3 hours. it keeps your metabolism burning and blood sugar levels at a good level. Look into LOW GI foods, such as whole grains, these dont let your blood sugar spike…

get in my own zone headphones in with music. Zone everyone else out so i concentrate on my own workout, im there for me. Not to watch other people, perv on the hot girl in the gym on get annoyed when people jump on the treadmill next to me.....get over it! so yeah i just pump myself up and do my own thing

i wouldnt call if offensive, however some people don't take anorexia lightly, as it is classed as a disease and is harmful to the body and not healthy. Being on a health and fitness site is helpful for someone suffering from anorexia as they can get peer advise. If they listen and change their lifestyle for the good then…
