I would HARDLY call it a private site. Given that any of her students could simply type her name in and see that? Not private. It's fine if she wants to do that, in my opinion, but she should consider who she influences...young children. She could at least put her profile on "private" and require people to friend her…

That's why I usually make my question a status on my profile and have my MFP friends answer the question. Usually doesn't get nasty, and I listen to what they have to say. Y'all have to admit that sometimes posters are nasty without the OP even responding to anything.

Well pooh on you. I love my brunette self, thankyouverymuch. I dye it to be darker brown (and because God decided to give me gray hairs at 20 lol!!!) but it's still brunette. You couldn't pay me to be a blonde.
