i started at 220 and have been fluctuating in the 180s since april last yr SOOOO ANNOYING!!! i just re-set my ticker today and have just came off a 3 week vacation so im starting the process agan heheh so here is to breaking the plateau!

I get discouraged to i havent lost weight since April but i have maintain the 180s i started off at 220 here is my advice never eat less than 1200 cals if your not hungry dont eat back your excersice calories (some people will diagree with this but what eves) Always eat brekkie if your not hungry dont eat!!!

I do that sometimes i would say it is exactly the same thing if not better to do it in reverse as your body will continue to burn more calories after you excersie

My boyfriend always tells me how good i look, cooks healthy dinners mostly everynight and has them ready for me when i get home from work so i can eat before i go work out.... Always supportive and always encouraging :o) loves him

i do believe all you lose is water weight and get super toned and flexible... I love bikrams and do it alot but i only put down i loose 300 cals (same as regular yoga) I did just get a HRM so maybe ill wear it next class I

Im the same with my heart rate monitor but my resting heart rate is lower After i excersise i get down to resting HR fairly quickly tooo hrmmmmmmmmmmm

Run outside / walk get excersise videos and work out at home instead of weights use canned food there is heaps of inexpensive ways to do it but if you are lazy as you said that is more what you have to overcome.... JUST DO IT :o) trust me!!!! I WAS SSOoooooooooooo lazy and you really just have to do it or else no one will…

I eat before i go as you burn off the cals as you work out and also you continue to burn calories at a faster rate for an hour or 2 after working out so i would rather have food in their to burn off i also find if i do this i wake up less bloated than if i eat after i excersice (which is usually late at night) and i end up…

or use spaghetti squash and make spag bol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also very good as spaghetti squash remembles spaghetti just with out carbs!

I would do a lettuce wrap SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOD! ground turkey cook with onions garlic what ever to season and istead of a wrap put it in a lettuce leave

No get a heart rate montior i just got one and it is surprising how off this site is no wonder i have plateaued i have been overeating my calories!!! but it is all good now and i really cant complain with 35 pounds down :) good luck but def get a HRM Even my machines at the gym were WAYYYYY off
