  • YEP. Women with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrom) like me :grumble: But I am on medication to level out my hormones. But I also don't want to be skinny, I want to be FIT. Muscle looks good.
  • It may hurt like hell when I'm doing it and I say swear words under my breath the whole time but I DO get a high, a second wind kicks in and I feel on top of the world when I do cardio, I breath better, I feel energized, I feel my blood flowing, it is a HIGH. Just because I'm over weight doesn't mean anything dude...we all…
  • You look fan-freaking-tastic. I would kill to have a body like yours.
  • I dance! I know it's probably not as calorie efficient but it's really fun and you basically forget you are working out, you just have to put all your effort into it, dance like you are performing. I have all of the Just Dance games, so that's what I usually do.
  • My ex-boyfriend decided that it would be okay to just drop by randomly one evening while my current boyfriend and I were sitting down to dinner. (We've been together for a little over a year ago, and my ex and I had been broken up for over two years at that point.) And our relationship didn't end on a good "I still want to…
  • bump bump bump bump bump. because I love my slow cooker.
  • Bumping just for this, I need to try this when I get home. I was on WW about a two years ago and lost 45 lbs in about 6 months along with working out which I assumed is a pretty good rate. Then wouldn't you know a loss of a person extremely close to me (mother like figure) + a bad relationship with my boyfriend at the time…
  • I'm 20, 21 in July. You can add me! I log on every day and have an open diary. Edit: Forgot to add I am aiming to lose about 76 lbs
  • I'm all for it, in fact I do it, except in meal form. Once a week and one meal, but I try to keep the rest of the meals healthy. I know myself and I know if I don't allow myself to have it and I restrict myself too much I WILL fail because I will end up gorging myself with food. I'm over coming a horrible binge purge cycle…
  • Theatre....I was in high school theatre and landed a few lead roles of musicals and plays but once I got out of high school my weight doubled, I tried out for one more musical after high school and was cast as an extra...I was crushed because I knew my weight had something to do with it. (not the fact that I was too heavy…
  • Some people can't sleep when they are hungry and some can't sleep when they are full, it's just up to you I guess. Sometimes I have an after dinner snack and sometimes I don't. I just listen to my body, I don't always feel the need to have something but if I am super hungry and I ate dinner at 6:00 pm and I don't fall…
  • WHELP...saving this for later! Thank you! :flowerforyou:
  • You are worthy, you are important, you matter and don't let anyone tell you different. That's something I am going to tell my children everyday of their lives.
  • Commenting on to save for later...I always am looking for some good FREE workout videos and such because I'm cheap, well broke I guess...keep them coming
  • YOU CAN'T TAKE AWAY MY UGGS! My feet get so cold in the winter and I live in Ohio, I need my snow boots. I don't wear them with shorts or sweatpants though...just over my jeans so the bottoms of my jeans don't get wet...that's a huge pet peeve of mine.
  • That's such a big transformation! You look great! And nice tat by the way
  • I like it!! It looks good when guys embrace it rather than try to hide it...have confidence about it, own it! Confidence = sexy...women like a guy with confidence about his looks.
  • ^^^^^^^^^THIS! I am super self conscious on the treadmill because I've got a little extra jiggly like....all over haha and I like to use the treadmill but then I noticed people staring at me because I'm huffing and puffing....so I stop. I don't have a gym membership anymore and I'd like to get back to the gym soon but this…
  • Yes! It's insane how jealous women get...I work with almost all women too and we are in an office setting. One of them last year lost over 100 lbs and is maintaining her weight wonderfully. I looked to her for advice and "inspiration" if you will and she told me beware of the women in the office, they try to get you to…
  • I haven't enjoyed a diet soda since lent started!! I'm okay without it, I've realized I don't need it but every now and then I'm sure won't hurt you. Just like everything else, moderation is key.
  • That happens to me sometimes. I weigh myself daily though so I know when I'm at a plateau...it doesn't discourage me because I'm at least maintaining my weight. And I measure myself weekly so I know I'm at least losing inches. Like others said, be patient weight is not perfect...it seems like a science once you figure…
  • I must log everything, sometimes I end up with a greater defect after a workout or whatever but believe me I eat lol and even if it's like a bite of something or a nibble off a cookie. I have to log it. Call it what you will *OCD* but....I believe that's what's gotten me to where I am now. I love logging and I don't think…
  • When I do drink it, which is rarely now, I add a packet of splenda or Stieva and a splash of vanilla almond milk. YUM.
  • My work days are pretty abnormal compared to the 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday type gig. I work shifts, 5am to 5pm Thursday - Wednesday and then I'm off a week and then I do it all again a week later...working out on my week off is pretty normal, wake up whenever I feel like it, usually around 9am 9:30ish...and workout, no…
  • I have three tattoos, a celtic cross on my ankle, a humming bird on the inside of my upper left arm like the bicep area, and a treble clef with a heart on my back All have personal meanings and all are things I've thought about for awhile before I got them. I want more...they are addictive.
  • Once you come off adipex you will be starving...I promise. My mother went on adipex after she had my brother and just about eight months ago as well. She always does great on it but seriously I hope you understand adipex isn't a lifestyle you can not live on that stuff forever.... Here in Ohio you are only allowed to be on…
  • I've started to weigh myself every single day. I like to see the pattern and watch it go down. I can look back through the day and see maybe what could have made a difference in my weight, too much sodium...etc. The fluctuations don't bother me...I tend deal with it just fine and then when I see a new low and it stays…
