Fridays are also my weigh in so I started at 200 pounds and now I'm down to 193.4 pounds, small accomplishment to some but GIANT accomplishment to me, and my cheat days are on Sunday and I have 2 Skinny Cow packages. Feel free to add me as well

that's a great accomplishment, I substitute chocolate with Skinny Cow chocolate the diff is about 150 calories less than the normal KitKat. Try it out

Its natural to want and take time up or just stop because other things in your life is also important like children, school and work, I'm trying to lose the weight and work and be a mommy at the same time.
