Feel free to add me! :smile: I am a full time working mom of 2 - a 5 yr. old daughter and a 4 yr. old son. I know you said the morning is a no go for you, but that is when I have to get mine in. I hated it at first, but now my days are all off if I don't get it done.

I completed 4 consecutive rounds of Insanity. I never did send off for my shirt since my set was borrowed from a neighbor. I immediately did one round of Asylum and then started running and am now training to run a full marathon.

Congratulations on completing Insanity and your results are awesome. LOVE Insanity and Shaun T. I had amazing results with it too (I did 4 straight rounds). I still do some of the 2nd month workouts on my cross training days (training for a marathon right now). :smile:

Another 4 miles last night brings my weekly total to 15 miles. :smile: Monthly total - 104 miles That puts me over my goal! Woohoo!

Hi! I'm in my later 30's, married and a mom of 2 (a 5 yr. old daughter and a 4 yr. old son) so definitely not wanting to flirt. I LOVE running (currently training for a marathon) and am now in maintenance mode. Send me a friend request if you'd like. :smile:

8/28 - 4 miles 8/29 - 7 miles That gets me to my goal of 100 for the month! :happy: I still have a 4 miler to get in tomorrow though.

I quit cold turkey when I found out I was pregnant with my first. That was over 6 years ago. I've been smoke free since. :smile: I still get cravings now and again, but mainly if I am drinking A LOT of alcohol (which is rare).

Nontraining schedule is typically 4 days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 4-6 miles each day (depends on how late I get up in the morning). Saturday is my "long" run day and usually run atleast 7-8 miles sometimes more. When I start marathon training in a few weeks it will change.
