When I was 16 i went to a Gumball machine and a little blue plastic ring fell out. I jokingly proposed, and gave it to my girlfriend. 8 years later i brought an actual ring, and married her, but to this day...20 years later, she still insists on wearing the Gumball machine ring. :)

If your following MFP, try to eat back your exercise calories. It keeps your metabolism firing. It can be hard to do if you have huge burns, i struggle some days myself trying to fit in another 700cals from a workout, but 2-300cals should be easy. :)

I train at 3:30am and only ever have pre-workout, but i'm now considering having a decent breakfast before hand as I've been battling injuries this past month, and i'm beginning to think its due to the lack of nutrition in my system.

I've only burned over 1000cals twice. Both times I was cracked out on CRAZE and pushed myself to the limit between weights and cardio. Both times I ended up worse for wear. Exclusives: Uncharted 2..then 1.... 3 glitched on me during the last level, and I never got to finish it. FFS!! Last of Us. Half way through and is a great game but still rate UC2 as my fav. XPlatform is mostly from Steam.
