I was seeing great losses for the first 3 months, then it stopped dead. That was 4 months ago. I've been lifting weights for 3-4 days a week. Its been good, and i've seen great progress, but i need to ramp it up as im not really burning the calories or gaining the fitness i would like. From tomorrow 7 days, Weights/Cardio, but 2 days of that (Rest days) will be cardio split into 2 x 20min sessions.

Mate i get it at work all the time. Their just jealous haters. The best one ive had was from a Builder talking to my Boss. Builder "Your worker is looking good. He's lost a heap of weight." Boss (Grunts) "Na, he's just standing further away" LOL...even i laughed. Take **** in ya stride bud.

I can easily hit 4000+ cals on a cheat day. 1/2 Carton of Bourbon BBQ Dips and Desert. Done it before, and ill damn well do it again!....(in moderation)

Ill gain up to 4kg during the week, before my lightest day (Wednesday) when it shows a loss. Its normal.

My son gets all itchy on some pre workouts. He did find out what it was inside the formula itself that was doing it to him, but i forget what it was called. When i see him again ill ask, and let you know so you can check to see if its included in what your taking. Might be the same issue.

I generally eat between 1700 and 2200. I was originally on 1580. That's just not enough.

Apparently Seafood Marinara. I've always eaten it. Always loved shellfish. A few weeks ago i had some, and my lips began to dry out. Thought, 'Na, no way! I don't have reactions to anything'. Had another serve the following day, and my top lip split open. Its taken the last 3 weeks to heal. :( .......Not happy.
