WW - MFP here. So glad i made the switch. I use Watermelon, Green Grapes and Smoothies as my sweet tooth sub. Ive only looked in the pantry once for something sweet in the past 5 weeks, and that was just due to habit. Fruit works.

About 6 years ago i went to the Surf store and brought all these awesome size 32-34 board shorts and Tank Tops to give me motivation. I got down to size 36 and went off the diet. ARRRRGGGHHHHH! Still have them and im a size 42 :( I pulled them out 2 days ago to remind me how much i really want to wear them. Next Summer!…

I sold my treadmill just before Christmas. Now I'm walking unto 12km a day. Fine during Summer, but I'm really going to regret selling it come Winter :(

I agree. If i go to the Beach, i run around, swim, body surf..then treat myself to a Cornetto. Seriously, what a trip to the beach without an ice-cream? If i worked hard at work all day, or put in a good effort on my evening walk, ill treat myself to something yummy. I keep it under what i earned in burn tho. Its a reward…
