  • Thanks for this post! I am still struggling with the mental part of this experience. I still have a little way to go but I weigh less than I have my entire teen/adult life. Your triumph through this is inspiration to me to work past my own self doubt.
  • Finally met all of Thursday's challenge this morning. Friday's challenge, here we come... Excited for the weekend
  • Congratulations!!! I am nearing that victory too... I am so close, I can almost smell it. Thanks for posting; keeping me going in the same direction.
  • My June Goals- 1) Continue to complete Rushfit (finish July 9th) 2) Run my 2nd 5k on June 26 in under 35 mins 3) Get to 150 by the end of the month I am off for the summer on June 10th... I guess I hope to stay organized and consistant, even though I am not working
  • I am completely in the same place as you!!!! Granted, I still have about 10-15 pounds to lose to get in and under the healthy range for my height. I still see what I used to look like and even though I have lost significant weight... I pull at the hanging flab that hangs right above my pelvic bone. I had 2 kids back to…
  • Killed yesterday's mini challenge... 10 glasses and completed the Fight Conditioning workout from Rushfit (1 hour). Now...to work on today's. :) Brown!!!-- feels weird to chant this :)
  • SW: 157.8 (edited, forgot to put .8) for team BROWN!!!!! haha...
  • I had a close friend date a married man.... he did end up leaving his wife, but it wasn't for her. I hope you find what you're looking for... but it sounds like you may just need to focus on yourself. With all of the emotional eating and stressing, you aren't ready to be committed to anyone.
  • I know me too!!!
  • Totally agree about Kaylee. I was shocked to see some of the other at home contestants like Sarah. I read that Rulan was invited to the finally, but since he left on his own terms, he was no longer eligible for the at home prize. According to the reports, he never got back to them or they never got a hold of him.
  • Awesome Idea... I need a twin... SW: 191 CW: 158 GW: 140 Height: 5'4" Age: 28 Female
  • I have never been in a challenge before, and would like to participate too!!!
  • Also 5'4" and could use a little friendly motivation.
  • I just started Rush Fit on Sunday.... so I am 3 days in. I am really enjoying it so far.

  • I just finished it last week. It was definitely a good/hard workout. I didn't take measurements or pictures, but it definitely tightened up my core. I did lose 10 pounds going from 168 to 158 in the 6 weeks. I also ran occasionally on the treadmill afterward. She says to do the DVD at least 5 days. I tried to stay close to…

  • Seriously an inspiration! Thank you for posting this.
  • You look great!!! You and I started around the same weight and have the same goal. Seriously, thank you for posting these...definitely the inspiration needed to keep going!
  • I am currently doing the 6 weeks 6 pack. I am halfway through week 2. My mid section is probably the worst part on me... but I have started noticing some differences after week 1... I try and do the DVD 5 times a week (off Tues and Sat). This DVD is good, and it will make you sweat.
