Every body is beautiful. I'm not in to body shaming. All of those girls seem to be happy where they are, and they are therefor beautiful. They might be slightly underweight, but to me they don't look like they have any sort of tragically unhealthy body. It's not fair to compare these girls, they're all different people…

Good question. I've lost almost 20lbs (only 15 since I joined MFP), and I've decreased by only an inch here or there. I've remained almost the same. Very irritating, I'd also like to know the answer to this question.

I find that spreading your food out helps, or forcing yourself to wait an hour before you're allowed that second quesadilla. I try to make it so that I eat around 100 (more or less) calories ever hour. For example, I eat: 8am: Piece of toast w/ cream cheese 9am: Half a banana 10am: Other half 11am: Some Carrots 12pm: Half…

I've noticed that too. Every person I've told has tried to force-feed me within 2 days of me telling them. I don't understand it.

If you do feel the urge to snack, try to pick up something really lowcal. I usually eat an orange or a few carrots. Otherwise, water and gum usually do it for me :P
