If anyone is interested in the Zumba question, it looks like you can add them as aerobics (I do high-impact but it depends how hard you go into Zumba). To work out your actual Zumba Calories go here: http://www.zumbacalories.com

This is fantastic, you look amazing, congratulations! Good advice as well, you have to be honest with yourself otherwise you'll get nowhere in this. x

Hi ladies, I'm new here but just posted yesterday for London fitness pals. I'm in SW London but work in the City. I think most places are not too hard to get to :) This was my story, add me if you're keen to meet up. x http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/279074-new-from-london

Thanks everyone! The response has been great so far, I already feel a buzz of motivation just from the messages from you all!! If anyone else wants to add me please carry on, you don't have to be in London :) But if you are and want a fitness buddy, I'd be up for (gently) starting that too! Dee :flowerforyou:

I'll be in! I'm fairly new to this (this is my first post). I'm about to start a fitness bootcamp, god knows what it involves, that's for the whole of July. What do I have to do?
