Yay! That's great feedback! I especially love your comment about feeling like a successful mother! I cook for enjoyment, but truly if my family likes what I cook and actually eats it, then that is what it is all about! Win! I will try this recipe. Maybe my two y/o will et it too!

Great job Momma! You look amazing!

Wow! You look amazing and your hard work has paid off! Great job!

GREAT tip! I didn't even think you could do that! Thanks!

I was soooooo undecided about adding the cilantro bc my husband thinks it tastes like dirty feet smell. Right up until the last second I was still humming and hawing, but I ended up adding it and he didn't even notice! LOL. Next time, I will leave it out bc now I have the rest of the cilantro just sitting there in my…

Yum! We ate the burgers today for lunch. I cooked them in a pan on the stove bc I started to worry they'd just dissolve through the rack if we put them on the grill based on how loose they were before they were frozen. They came out beautifully in the pan .... A nice "crust" on the outside and a delicious, dense inside.…

Yep...crying over here too. I can feel the energy of your determination through your words. Well done Momma!

Update: the blob patties froze perfectly and easily peeled off the wax paper. Now they are hanging out in a stack in the freezer. Ready for cooking tomorrow

Awesome work. You look amazing and have totally inspired me!

My burgers are made and are currently in the freezer waiting to be cooked. A few observations so far: 1. I could only find a 19 oz ban of beans (instead of 16 oz), so I used the whole thing. 2. I had to wear my baby in a carrier while cooking today, so I couldn't mash the beans. Instead, I put about 3/4 of them in the food…

I loved reading your story! Thank you for sharing it! If you wrote a blog, or a book, I'd read it! Congratulations on your achievements - you look happy and amazing!!

In British Columbia (Canada) we only have to have them rear-facing until 1 yo AND 20 lbs...it's an age and weight thing. My little dude already meets the weight requirement, but I still have to have him rear-facing until November due to his age. The same thing happened with my first child too....long/big kids. We got them…

Great! Maybe I'll make a double recipe of the mayo so I don't end up with the same prob after this recipe. I'm sure that kind of thing would taste yum on turkey sandwiches!

I've always been large chested. I'm currently nursing baby#2 and we aren't sure if we're done having kids. Once we've decided, I'm going to look into my surgery options for my boobs. Not sure if that means a lift, implants, or nothing, but I'm definitely open to it all (including doing nothing surgical). Keep us posted -…

36 yo Momma to two here....2 years old and 4.5 months old. I've lost all my pregnancy weight, plus 15 lbs, so am now working on body recomposition goals. Friend request sent....anyone can feel free to ad me!

Hi! With my second child, I have lost all that I gained during pregnancy (about 35-37 lbs), plus another 15 or so and he's only 4.5 months old! But, with my first, I noticed that weaning (at 16-17 months - totally baby-led) made a difference....I was already pregnant again, but I still noticed a reduction in fluid…

Welcome! You can do this! Just be kind to yourself - you've done an amazing job growing a baby and now your body needs to be rewarded with love. Slow and steady!

Fantastic post and awesomely inspiring! Way to go!

I would let my boy eat the chocolate and I would do it with a loving heart because he is my son. I would tell him that it makes me happy to share something I made with him. My boys are the best things to ever happen to me - way better than the best chocolate. The chocolate just wouldn't taste as good to me anymore once I…

Thank you for these awesome posts! I love the deadlifting one too! You rock and are inspiring so many people! Myself included!

Bump! Was just browsing the grocery store today for ideas. My 2 year old is super picky already. Ugh. I bought ground chicken meatballs, frozen fish fillets, and plan to make some rice recipes. He loves plain rice, so hopefully I can sneak a little ground chicken or cauliflower into it? Thanks for the above ideas!

Yes, great work! What a fantastic accomplishment. A lot of mommies try for years to lose their baby weight, so you should feel great!

Looks yum!

I think sounds super interesting to consider and I would be keen to hear if this has worked successfully for anyone. This might sound silly, but would the nursing boob be really noticeably bigger?

Congratulations on your new baby! I joined MFP when my baby was 8 weeks old. I set my goal to lose .5 a week, plus I add back 500 cals a day because i am exclusively breastfeeding. This means I eat approx 2200 cals per day plus exercise cals. I have lost 15 lbs since joining 75 days ago, 13 of which are below my pre…

Congratulations on your new little one! Being a new mom is so much work! Like the other posters have said, I strongly encourage you to make sure you're eating lots. I'm eating 1700 cals plus 500 breastfeeding cals per day, plus exercise calories. I am never hungry, my supply is strong, and I'm losing weight. I'm already 13…
