Hey...I started off at 196 and I am currently 179. I know that is no where near the weight loss that you have accomplished, but my back still has its two rolls on each side. I also have quiet the "beer belly"! Def waiting to see some of that to diminish as well. I would love to know a great way to get rid of it FASTER.…

1200 Everday! I am always over from sugar, but its usually good sugar like from a banana or something. I plan on eating a 1200 diet until I reach my goal and then I will give myself some wiggle room!

I am also on a 1200 with working out but snack on healthy stuff ALL DAY. I just have to make sure I am only having one serving on tostitos and not the entire bag.
