It's usually this for me. My worst binges have come after weeks/months of rigid dieting. Other times, I'll drastically under-eat, spend a lot of energy playing a sport, feel light-headed, then immediately binge. Consistent eating and setting aside a few weekend calories for snacks helps a lot.

Not talking about bulking; I mentioned weight loss. If you're trying to maintain or build lean muscle on a deficit, you've gotta bump up your protein.

Calories in Calories out for weight loss. If you're looking to build lean mass then you'll need to increase your protein intake and slightly reduce your carb intake.

Number 2'd in the office toilet only to find out the water in the building was suddenly not working (work going on in the complex) and I couldn't flush. Slipped out of there and discreetly told the office manager. Thankfully, we're close friends :embarassed:

My weight finally dropped after a 3 month stall. I didn't do anything other than continue with my goal. So, like many others on MFP have said, keep at it! :smile:

Only thing I add on my cheat days are Burger King Hershey Sundae Pies (on Saturday and Sunday). But I burn off those calories (310) and more since I go tot the gym on both days. I suppose I can't really call them "cheat days"... lol

Running after eating is a surefire way for me to get nauseous. Have you drinking a little water before running? I typically drink half a cup of cold water before running and that works for me.

Since I generally eat out a lot, I tend to over value the contents of my diary. I highly doubt my deficit is actually >5K.

4627 according to IIFYM (I'm usually 4-600 under my MFP goal). I work out 3x a week, 2hrs each day. Haven't really lost anything for the last 2-3 months and have actually gone up slightly (muscle mass increase?).
