7 lbs in 3 weeks is great. Good job!
-
AMAZING!!! Congrats!

If that happened to me, you'd find me in the closet with a couple king size snickers bars. I call BS.

You have to ignore it....My 165 lb husband constantly eats crap, I just remember that I'm healthy inside and he is not.

I only work out at home, I don't like the gym options close to me, total meat markets. I have an eliptical which helps and I run outside weather permitting. For DVDs I love anything Jillian Michaels, and Zumba. I'm interested in trying Ballet Body too but haven't yet.

You look great!

Im a runner but I use the home eliptical during the winter....I burn 450 calories on it in a 40 minute work out. It is not an expensive one but not cheap Walmart one either. As long as you set your resistance so you are challenging yourself, I'm sure it would help you with weight loss. I also combine weights so if you want…

I'm 5' 3" and my goal weight is 125-130.

So true! Yet always forgotten. Thanks for the reminder.

I would skip buying the mayo and buy avacados instead. I'd also add Greek Yogurt.
-
Congratulations! You look great.

I struggle with this up and down weight battle alot myself. I've realized that I cannot get comfortable and live like everyone else does that my routines have to include working out and eatting right. It just has to be done if I want to be happy and I'm happiest when I look good.

Lots of books and activities. Do you allow him to color? If you have a personal DVD player, I'd say thats a good entertainer, at least for 15-20 mins. Bring snacks, and juice too. I went on a flight with my 2 sons when they were 1 and a half and 5 to Ireland...long flight but they found it boring and slept alot.

Congratulations...you look gorgeous!

I have a similar situation with my 5 year old being underweight. A few ideas our nutritionist gave us are pasta with olive oil. Lots of cheese, turkey and chicken roll ups with cheese, cream cheese and tortilla shells, lots of whole milk, yogurt, icecream, and introducing new foods with every meal.

I thought level 2 and 3 were challenging and like you I work out consistantly 4-5 times a week.
-
I guess I never really thought of the bad part other than the sodium. Thanks for a new perspective!

I was over by 14 according to MFP...but Im not sure exactly 14 of what??? That is certainly interesting to hear about the negative effects of protein on the body. I'll be sure to watch that and thanks for the advice.

Congrats on your awesome first week loss!
