It's not an option right now, but might be in the future. Right now I have to pick him up from daycare at 4:30, my husband can't leave work until then. He will go in to nursery school next year though, so my husband can probably pick him up then. Also, I'm training at 6:30 right now, so I like to go home so I can at least…

I am just like you. Been there done that with every diet imaginable. I started working with a personal trainer and joined MFP, and i've make this the last time. For real this time. ;) The support and accountability here is incredible! Welcome to the rest of your life!!

I see no reason why would wouldn't do both at the same time.

My trainer told me that you can gain up to 10lbs water weigh during TOM and it'll go away when it ends. It's crapppy!

Thanks everyone. I know that the number doesn't mean anything. I totally preach that all the time (time to take my own advice, I guess.) It's just frustrating! I thought that when I lost 20lbs i'd be like WOOT-I lost 20lbs-I rock! And I'm just not. @superwmn- I liked your blog. I know a lot of people who feel that way.…

Awesome article. I recently started trying to cut all sugars out of my diet. Including fruits because of their high sugar content-which sounded totally bizarre to me, but all I could think about was how much sugar was in there. I think i'll start added some fruits back in to my daily routine. :) I miss my post workout…

It really is awful. I get on it multiple times every day. I really think I may just get rid of it. I weigh in at the gym anyway. It's totally depressing to see a number in the morning then 5lbs heavier at night. I know that it's food and waste and water, but I could tell myself that until i'm blue in the face and I'm still…

So awesome girl!! What's your secret? ;)

Amazing, and inspiring. Thank you for sharing and keep up the incredible work!

Haha! I giggle like a teenage boy every time I type that!

Grab a handful of nuts. Lots of quick good for you calories. :)

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18594089/ns/health-fitness/ I like this article about "skinny fat" :) It's not even all about the toned looking body. It's about health too.

I was feeling the same way....then the other night (total overshare ahead!!) when we were...well, ya know ;)... he was grabbing my hip area and out of no where he says "Holy crap-you HAVE been working out!!" He said it could feel a huge difference in my size and muscles. It made me feel good, even if it took that to make…

I really think maybe I just need a wide in sneakers...which seems strange, since I don't need them any other time....but i've never had problems with pain before in any kind of shoe, no matter the activity level. And my foot really does just feel squished at the sides.. :)

I don't, and i'm losing. Some people swear by it though. Trial and error. Everyone's body is different. :)

Thanks everyone. I did do some research on Plantar Faciitis before, and it doesn't really sound or feel like that's what it is, but I haven't ruled it out....I think i'll make an appointment with the shoe store. :)

Welcome! We've got very similar measurments. I started at 233lbs at 5'3". Good for you on cutting back your soda! Empty calories suck. Good luck on your journey. The support on this site is incredible!

Oh I don't like him at all either. I don't like anyone on the Red Team, actually. Maybe Moses, a little. And the curly head kid. But not so much!

She makes me cringe. She doesn't complain, you're right. She's also been doing this for a year. She's fat, but strong and healthy. She doesn't need to be on that show IMO. She met Bob, got star struck, then lost weight on her own just so she could sign up? Why not just keep going on your own-you've proved that you know how…

With adult children, you've lost your chance at teaching them those lessons. I agree with you 100% though. Those are lessons that need to be taught growing up. Lead by example. I know for a fact that if my mother and I were on that show. And she thought for any reason I might go home, she would do the same thing. She has…

If I were in those parents shoes, I would've done the same thing. You always want your child's life to be better than your own. If you don't, you should not be called a parent. True, they could've pushed like Moses did, and maybe it would've worked. But this guarenteed that it worked. It's just a choice that a parent would…

I think most of the black team assumed Sarah would choose to go back to her "family" on the red team. They were the ones rooting for her on the treadmill. Personally, I HATE the red team. A lot of comments here talk about how awful that the parents threw their weigh in to keep their children there. Last week, Moses did the…

I agree with the previous posters. Also, everything I've read says that when you've got more to lose you lose it quicker. Keep it up girl!!

I'm gonna do it myself, and I will do it on the hip seam....Hope it will work and look alright!! Thanks for the advice!

Missed my shred yesterday due to TOM. ugh. I'll be leaving work a little early to get it in before I head off to the gym(shhh don't tell LOL!) My measurments are Waist- 43.5 Hips- 49 Bust- 48 R Thigh- 25 R Bicep- 13 Weight- 213 To the PP who asked about big chested women... I wear two sports bras...sometims three depending…

I don't use honey very often. Mainly when I'm sick, I put it in my tea...

AWESOME!! Great job!

I'm hoping to lose 12lbs...but I'd be happy with 10!!! :) Challenge SW-212

If you've got a thing for chocolate, Jell-o makes a sugar free mousse that is pretty good. :) And only 60 calories.

I just started cutting my sugar out on Sunday, so I'm in!!
