I don't buy my greens in a bag. I buy the loose mesculine and store it in a "green bag" (sold in grocery stores, pretty cheap) with a paper towel that sucks up moisture. It works really well!

Thank you for that article. :) That makes sense to me. On days that I workout with my trainer and take a class or do some exercise on my own, I burn upwards of 1200 calories....There is no WAY I'd be able to eat that all back in the evening and have it be healthy. I have read those links mentioned, quite a few times actually. I spoke with my trainer tonight and I trust his intelligence, not to mention his long term results. He told me to continue what I was doing until I hit a plateau and gradually add calories back in until I see results. Thanks everyone for your input!!

The bread crumbs alone are about 110 calories, I think. It really depends what you're doing with them... If you bake whatever you're coating it shouldn't be too bad for you. Good luck!

Thank you everyone. You all truly keep me going. I'm not going to give up, I was just feeling so discouraged about it (still am, but I know it'll come in time.) I just wish I had a reason for the inches (or even half inches! LOL) not coming off. Something to blame it on and fix, or just blame it on.

I never want to log too much either, which is why I log half. That way i'm not putting too much, and if I actually burned more than that, then AWESOME! :)

I would log 15 minutes of circuit training...That's usually what I do when I do cardio/strength training mixed...you're still burning calories, so you should log something!

Thanks for the replies everyone. I will try an Epsom bath. Will the hot tub hurt my muscles? Someone had said it mattered why I was sore.
