in my experience, crossfitters will encourage you along and cheer you on. they will help you press on when all you want to do is give up. Give it a couple weeks and be amazed at the changes you see in your abilities! Have fun!!!

I lost 2 pounds last week in spite of my wife trying to sabotage me by offering me donuts, brownies, candy, and having junk food around the house 24/7!

I had one removed as well. it was on my lower back so i do not know if i have a scar from it or not. What i remember though, it really did not hurt and was done and over quite quickly.

I think it is all about priorities. It is not a priority for them so they will not take it seriously. I am waiting for my third one....bought one and this will be my second one sent to me.....since May....i love my UP but if this keeps up, i will be forced to abandon it for something different. I sure hope they can get the quality issues taken care of. :sad:

one word of caution, MFP does not do a real good job of calculating calories burned during exercise. I will try to find the article that was written about this. I stopped entering it in MFP and have been using the UP. MFP showed more calories burned than the UP in my exercises.
