That's so true. I turn on my ipod when I'm on the bus and "ignore" the men that push the boundaries. I'm not an emotional eater but I only allow myself one cheat day every three months or so. Aside from sushi, there's nothing that I really crave. Work with your body. If a cheat day works for you, go for it but I rarely do them.

Just don't raise it like I did: I didn't raise it slowly and upped it dramatically in three days. Obviously, I don't need to tell you what happened as consequence but it wasn't pretty. Do it slowly :)
