I try not to consume too much sugar or bad fats but as its been a bad week I have been quite concearned and feel flabby esp as ive recently started to maintain.. think I need to focus on core work outs now instead then

Eating more food to up calories.. But when it's healthy it's often low in calories.

Good idea I dont work out as much as you cut down since I reached my goal but I think slowly rising my intake and seeing the effects will work best its only fear of overr sugar for example that is stopping me lol thanks

I am 5ft 4 and 21.. what does sugar=/=fat mean sorry lol?? SO you think even if I go over sugar and other things still try to eat my maintanance level in calories and I shouldnt get fatter ?

I am half Italian too :-D it certainly makes a difference to how obsessed a person gets with pasta lol and bread like garlic bread and warm dough bread omg!! But I have substituted it for gluten free and the ones I've been using have been pretty alright actually quite nice infact :-)

I agree I have high anxiety which got really bad in the months before this as well which has been amazingly better since I started mfp! I did that if I eat gluten i get mood swings and seriously tired soon after like I went to nandos once opted for pitta.. Literally could have slept straight after and just for so grumpy!!…

Yes potato can be heavy too but it doesn't do this to me.. It's deffo the effect of bread and pasta .. Maybe some other things but they are the worst.. I used to get really achy too that maybe why then! Ill carry on gluten free it won't do me any harm, eating non gluten free seems to be..

Really good work :) Doesn't matter how much weight/fat I lose my bum is still big and bouncy.. I do squats everyday so its SLOWLY getting firmer.
