Never- Meat, chicken, fish, Allergic to- gluten especially rye, grapes Somethings- Yogurt pretzels, popcorn chips ect (usually around that time of month) Alcohol In my diary often- Cereal rice milk veggies nuts apples cinnamon tea (all the time, every day)

My laptop/mp3 player for music when i am at home and away for workouts My yoga mat. (got one from my brother and bought one.) My mirror. It may sound weird but i workout in front of it when i'm trying a new home exercise. I can monitor my form and know i am doing a good job.

I usually always workout about a half hour to an hour after i eat. Not because im worried its going to make me sick or whatever just that i always feel too full after eating. Lately though my hunny and i have been going for walks right after dinner....hmm

My three goals today are- Drink at least 9 glasses of water today go for a long walk and enjoy it not to pig out on junk...eat an apple or something (oh and not to worry about my weight and wish i could see bones :/ I can do this!

My meal plan goes Breakfast Small snack (usually under 150) Lunch Small mid day snack- i eat more here than i do the entire day Dinner Small after dinner snack " " If i didn't do this i wouldn't get the full 1200 calories a day and sometimes i 'even get that

I have heard of primal. I was also anorexic and bulimic for years. I felt great eating under a thousand calories a day though my problem came in when i became too focused on not eating. Primal at least seems like your eating something just remember you need to get the correct vitamins and minerals or you will become sick.…

I went vegan after being a vegetarian for almost 10yrs. For me there wasn't a huge change but if you have been eating meat and stuff you will most likely see a difference of a few pounds lost. I know a lot of recipes if you would like to try some.

Amy's frozen dinners are great. They are all organic and yummy. I liked the mac and cheese one.
