Tea is mine. Usually green tea or chamomile to calm down and relax. Sometimes juice or a glass of almond milk. I heard eating light a half hour to an hour before the workout and having something packed with protein such as peanut butter and crackers with fruit is awesome.

I'm actually on it too and am hoping to get off of it the end of next month because we are hoping it helps get us pregnant within the yr or so. I did crossfit when i was in high school and i loved it. It really got me going. It is very intense though. I had more of the free crossfit sessions where i didnt have a trainner i made my own plan. I think that it is better to follow a strict plan if you have trouble planning though. so overall its good for some people…
