I do! I have taken up strength training just in the last year. I do it at home. Usually lift 35lb weights. I do this everyday 2x for about 10-12 reps on a bench press. I haven't experimented with overhead press, deadlift or squats. What is everyone's favorite strength training?

Thank you so much for the motivation! I didn't even think about going and meeting new people. I think I will do that!!! I am in need of a support group and I think it would be better than going with people who aren't even interested.

It is for me too. If I sleep well, I lose weight easier. I just try to have a sleep schedule all week and not stay up too late on the weekends. I don't eat a few hours before bed.

Here are my steps for last week: I didn't double like I wanted to but I really did put in the effort to keep moving as much as possible. Man I didn't realize getting a lot of steps in was kind of difficult lol.

Hey everyone, I am so sick! Fever, body aches, chills, sore throat, teeth and head hurts. Right when I start to up my steps again. I'm back guys. Having the month of August off gave me some time to rest and get myself in a better position to have a great September. This is Michigan's last real decent month as far as weather goes so I am hoping to get many steps and a lose a few lbs while the weather is still in the 70's. Can I change my weigh in day…
