I bought a NordicTrack E7 sv Front Drive Elliptical last March at Sears for like $350 and it's been great this year. Between me and my wife it gets used about 8-10 times a week each session about 40 minutes.

I got the Kinect for Christmas and really does make you sweat! Plus it's a fun way to work out. I know it's a little more expensive than the Wii though so that has to be taken into considerations too....

I'm looking forward to the game too! My plan is to only grab a small paper plate to eat off of instead of the normal sized ones! I'm just hitting it hard the days leading up to it and next week to account for any extra calories!

The two day break thing is more for heavy lifting.. you should be fine doing JM's Shred. Just listen to your body though, if your legs are sore work on you upper body

I don't look like I weigh as much as I do, I lifted weights 6 days a week in high school and packed on a lot of muscle, but once I stopped a lot of it turned to fluff... I still look like a lifter with close on because of my build, but I don't look the same
