I use Pandora Radio... It's free online and on your phone. I use Waka Flocka Flame and Avenged Sevenfold's mixes to get me through... most of the songs have great beats and are up tempo

Grilled BBQ chicken... usually I just make grilled bonless skinless chicken but I've been craving BBQ, but I won't go crazy with the sauce.... oh and some green stuff

I grew a beard this winter and people I work with say its pretty amazing... but I guess when summer comes and I get rid of it I'll just be an average Joe again....

Ice cream! but now instead of eating a "bowl" full, which was like 3 cups! I limit it to 1 or 2 scoops and not every night just 1 or 2 after a good workout!

I've got it but my wife uses it while I use my weight bench/ elliptical. I've used it once and it really kicked my butt! You can customize what part of the body you want to work on the most so that is really helpful... Any thing specific you need answered? I can get on it tonight and find out for you....

Mine usually is about 200 for breakfast 500ish for lunch and 800ish for diner... I work out between 8-11 at night because I'm a night owl

I love my elliptical... I use it almost everynight! It's much easier on your joints and burns a ton of calories. I bought one from Sears, it's a Nortic Trek and it was way under $1000... They start to go on sale now since most people are falling off their New Years resoluctions!
