I started last month, and did 15 days of level 1, now I am on my 4th day of level 2. I was going to do 15 days of each, to make it a 45 day workout. My question is, after level 3 what are you supposed to do? Start the program over? Stay going with level 3? I read that the workouts are built around the principle of muscle…
