Fat dense foods are going to have a lot of calories. Olive oil or grape seed oil add alot.of easy cals. As someone else said, blenders are your friend. Chicken and beef go a long way. You're not very big so I can't imagine your caloric needs being much more than 2500-2800.

Short answer -no. Fish has a myriad of nutritional benefits; Especially calorie to nutrition. However, fish oil pills can help gain many of the health benefits that most people miss out on. I couldn't cite all of this in one post. I'd suggest searching essential fatty acids.

"Ideas?"- yea, if you don't enjoy fish then you will only burn yourself out. Just eat chicken and take fish oil pills. Problem solved. Fish are healthy however. Can you at least do tuna sandwiches or casserole?

"Eating less" may mean to you that you will simply eat less than you are now, which in most cases will be wrong. You need to be eating an amount which puts you at a calorie deficit. I sometimes eat sugary snacks like coconut covered dates or almond milk ice cream too. I understand, though, that I'll need to jog an extra 15 minutes to make up for it. Like you said, cheat foods aren't bad if you eat them in moderation. Moderation.

The easy and obvious things to ask are if you've been getting more or less sleep? Has your diet changed? Has your routine or scheduling changed at all? If not then I would assume tthe only other things that can cause changes in such a short time would be your emotions. Maybe you've had some stresses of some sort recently?…

My upper legs and belly are far behind the rest of my body, so I feel your pain. Like everyone else will tell you, there's no such thing as spot removal, so you just gotta roll with the weight loss and let it do its thing.

Forgot- Although I avoid dairy now, I used to love yogurt and it makes a great sweet-craving snack. Don't think I'm allowed to name brands on here, but definitely go for a Greek yogurt and, if you can afford it, organic.

Your best bet for healthy snacks are dried fruits or nuts or both mixed. Trail mix or granola mix are 2 other choices. Just a word of advice- watch what you're buying. Even with dried fruits, there are companies that will deep fry them or try to preserve them with other chemicals that you don't want.

Like most others have posted so far, berries are amazing. By themselves, in a food like oatmeal or cereal and best is to make a smoothie if you have the time. Berries are also high in antioxidants.
