I am with them, plus watching what you eat, counting your calories and be sure to drink plenty of water. IMO, the water is more to flush the toxins that have built up in the stored fat our bodies are gonna have to break down and use.

Yeah, I can see how it could be upsetting. Not really gross. My thing would be because horses, similar to dogs, have distinct personalities. I have never had a pet chicken, pig or cow, so I really don't know about them. It makes it easier to eat them I guess.

With food addicts, it is not about eating itself, it is more about what we eat. I can eat my grilled or baked meat, steamed veggies, and fruits like a normal person. It is when I eat cookies, cake, chips, chocolate, fried chicken, those pleasure foods are what gets me. I can eat, eat, eat, until I feel like my stomach is…
