Easier said than done, I have been on this journey for a very long time. I know what works for me. Not having these foods works best for me. I am a all or nothing kinda gal. I will eat the entire batch of cupcakes or at least eat until they are gone. I will eat the entire bag of chips and then look for more. I am a food addict, I don't understand moderation.

Yeah, seen one you seen them all. Some bigger some smaller, different colors, but all the same. I would much rather see their physique!! Honestly!! I get it without losing weight though.

You still need to count calories. You can't just eat what you want because you run. Not sure if this is the case. ETA: Didn't read the other comments until I posted mine, but it seems a lot of us agree.

That is you, not her!! I am 159 right now and I don't feel fat. I am 2 inches taller, but really don't think that matters a whole lot, especially if you gain weight in the butt or boobs area. I am not so lucky with either area. JS

Depending on what you are eating, 1200 calories can be a lot of food. Such as, lean meats, broccoli, cauliflower, fruits, etc.... That's what got me into my situation now, trying to eat as much as my husband. UGH, he makes me angry, eats what he wants, doesn't workout, and still has less body fat percentage.

I get up some mornings to run at 4:00am, I go to bed at 9:00pm most of the time. It is simple, if the pain of not changing is greater than actually working to make the change, you will make it important to you.
