It depends, if you are working out in a gym, I would say don't. You really don't know if you are contagious or not. If you have a private home gym, then I really don't think it would be a problem, as long as you felt good. It is ok to miss a few sessions to rest and recuperate. Good Luck! Me too! ^^^^^ ETA: I think with it only being 3 weeks you were out, you could build yourself back to running the full 3 in no time. See just how far you can go, but I wouldn't worry so much about the speed. Go the distance first, then build the speed.

I have tried both DiGiorno and Freshcetta(just the meat/supreme) in the past and weren't real thrilled with it. But, I think I may need to try the Tuscan Chicken Flatbread pizza when I have a craving. Maybe it's better now.

If you read the OP post, you would see what she is asking for! Not everyone wants to be lean muscle. This is a diverse world and what is good for one, may not be good for another.
