I lost massive amounts of weight on a 7 day cleanse diet pill and keep it off for a while. Because when you are sick with serious liver complications you tend to not want to eat. Took me a long time to recover. After I recovered I gained it all back plus some.

If your portions are measured correctly, then you are definitely not eating enough. MFP calculates what you should eat in order to lose, it already has a deficit calculated in, so eat all of your calories.

If you feel like you can, I would. I find that if I do cardio and get a good sweat going, it helps me get better faster. I rarely get sick now that I work out.

I wouldn't count my housework, unless I was cleaning really aggressively. Such as scrubing all tubs, sinks, floors, washing all linens, etc.. and doing it very hard, fast and deep.
