I also have about the same weight to loose. Feel free to add...I log religiously and usually excersise 6days a week, but have had to take a week off from a really bad shin splint.

Agree with phoenixgirl81...some people choose to eat back the whole 300, others half. I make my decision from day to day based on my hunger levels.

There could be many reason why you had a headache today, one of which is cutting down your calories to 1200. If you stopped caffeine that could be another cause. If you are 90lbs overweight 1200 calories is too low for you. Carrying around that excess weight on your day to day activities burns more calories than that. I…

I think the OP is using the caloric needs calculator on the site she quoted..I'm pretty sure it's highly inaccurate or else I'm using it wrong . It told me I need 233 calories per day. http://www.active.com/fitness/calculators/calories.htm
