Thank you Plexgut. Yes, you are right. I am working through high and lo exercise days. I'm hoping to use some of high excercise day calories on the lo day so I can eat with routine. I did set my goal at one pound per week, and then some of the 'wow I'm on the plan excitement' takes over the brain! It's funny, you put off…
