I don't really know what advice to give except to say I'm sorry you are going through this rough time. I had thought that once you reach your goal it would be easier to maintain because you've conquered those food demons. I'm sorry to hear that is not the case. I look to those that reach as reassurance that it gets easier.…

I LOVE this site and have tried many of her recipes, but the ones I repeat the most are the balsamic steak and tomato (SO YUM!), Barbacoa Pork (slow cooker pulled pork - so good on rice or in a burrito), Southwest Black Bean Salad, Carne Bistec (Columbian steak), Chicken Ropa Vieja (slow cooker pulled chicken), Sante Fe…

Amazing progress so far girl!!!! Congrats! Also, I was a HUGE Jordan fan. You know the kind that sent birthday cards, wrote letters every week. I was certain I was going to marry him. How naive we are when we are 15! I've heard their shows with BSB are really good. I don't think I could make myself listen to Hangin Tough…

I only have the dvd's but I love them! And I burned serious cals just doing the learn the steps dvd! The whole pack comes with 5 different programs, plus the step by step and a fitness concert, so you never get bored, and it comes with a toning dvd too (I usually break out my 5 lb weights for some strengthening) I HIGHLY…

I am jumping on the "I hate burpees" bandwagon. Evil devlish things. However, they are a really great exercise, if that's what you are looking for I suppose :)

Workout #26 Exhilarate dvd - 60 min I was tired last night, but had a breakdown of willpower and ate a few too many cupcakes, so had to workout. I still managed to burn over 600 cals, but that's far from my norm. By the way, the zumba party Wednesday night was AWESOME! It was major high impact, and, even though I thought…

Hi! MFP is a great website, you'll find lots of support here. I am a Zumba addict! I started using it as my main source of cardio at the beginning of May and have seen some nice results. Feel free to add me if you like. We also have a T.E.A.M. zumba thread for ongoing support if you want to seek it out and join! Best of…

DO NOT GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!! Please do not give up. Everyone has already said it, but you can't think of this journey as an overnight thing. You are changing your lifestyle, not dieting. If you give up, you will achieve nothing. Just keep going. Keep moving. Keep eating well. You will see benefits, including weight loss, in…

The whole Zumba program is available online for $85 I believe or they are also sold in those "As seen on tv" or "Showcase" stores in the mall. I bought it and work out at least 4 days/week with them. You get 7 dvd's too. It's a great value!

Workout #25 Exhilarate dvd Killed it today! Burned 804 cals! I'm getting ready to go to my very first Zumba class. Our sports facility is having a big anniversary and is holding a free "fit as many peeps as you can get in here" class. I'm SO excited!!!!! I'll let you all know how I manage! woo hoo! Zumba, I love you!

Wings are my downfall. They are also the reason I weighed almost 300 lbs. They, along with starbucks, are the devil!!!! Your recipe sounds divine though! *wipes drool from mouth*

Workout #23 Ripped dvd - 72 minutes Burned 708 cals. When I first did this I thought it was silly, dancing around a chair, but now I've quite come to enjoy it. However, using my 5 lb weights on the first half is WAY harder than using those 1 lb shaker sticks. Good stuff.

Workout #22 Mix dvd - 60 min Burned 728 cals First time trying this dvd. Dances from around the world. Felt lost most of the hour, but just like the other dvd's, a few more times and I'll be only stumbling through a little bit! lol
