Additionally it helps to keep you fuller for longer. Some people confuse "hunger pains" with dehydration. If you don't like water plain try adding fruit and/or crystal light.

I do a lot of cardio and I've noticed my stomach has gone down a great deal. I would suggest walking and doing bicycles for upper, lower and middle AB work.

I don't own a Wii but I would suggest using the scale. I'm sure that it is discouraging to you for the increase, however, if you want to make this lifestyle journey accurate you want a reliable source. And if you went up slightly, it's just another goal that I know you can accomplish!!!

Kenny I know what you mean. I weighted 202 at the age of 12 then 328 shortly after my 23rd birthday. This is so worthwhile, you investing in yourself. Even when the scale isn't moving, keep at it. Build a support system on and offline who have your back, no matter what. You are destined for greatness!!! Best of luck!
