OP, I must agree with the ones above me. I think that this product is just like all the other gimmicks out there. It may work at first but then you usually gain the weight back plus more. I would follow MFP guidelines so you can eat normally and not be spending money on products. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Just to be clear, lol, I know how to add my own recipes. The trouble I am having is trying to take a MFP recipe that is on file and adding it to my recipes. I thought this could be done and that I just don't know how to do it. Thanks again!

I had never heard of this diet until you posted it. I personally wouldn't think blood type would have anything to do with your diet. Good luck if you try it.
